Account Management
As a client of Alere Wellbeing, you will be assigned a Client Services Manager who will coordinate:

Vendor Integration
A comprehensive health and wellness strategy requires close integration and flexibility across service providers. We have extensive experience working with healthcare systems, insurance providers, and other health and wellness programs, thus increasing the reach and quality of services we can provide to our clients and participants. Alere Wellbeing is able to accept health assessment (HA) data from external sources to identify potential participants. Our recruitment team then facilitates by providing warm transfers from HA vendors, outbound recruitment calls, fax referrals and direct mailings to employees’ homes. We have integrated our programs successfully with more than 70 vendors, including Optum, WebMD, Cigna, Aetna, Walgreens, Wellpoint, UHC, Staywell, and Healthways.
Implementation
Implementing Alere Wellbeing’s programs is a smooth and efficient process. Because of our rigorous, well-defined procedure, our average client only has to dedicate between four to six hours to facilitate a successful launch. Once implemented, an average commitment of only one to two hours per month is needed to review monthly reports and associated goals and to plan for upcoming communication initiatives.
