This week, Top Chef Carla Hall teamed up with Alere Wellbeing to share delicious summer recipes with attendees of the WorldatWork Total Rewards 2011 Conference in San Diego.

We were honored to work with such a vibrant, talented chef who truly practices what she preaches. Carla believes that good nutrition shouldn't sacrifice good taste - which is why she shared her own recipes for delicious beet and asparagus salad and her spicy-sweet watermelon gazpacho. Using all natural ingredients, Carla showed conference attendees how easy it can be to come up with surprising variations of summer fruit and veggie fare.
