At Free & Clear, we're proud of our Quit Coaches; we’re proud of who they are and the work they do. When they answer the phone, they don't follow a script. They are ready to have real conversations, to offer sound advice, and to answer tough questions. But to potential callers, coaches can seem intimidating and faceless – like strangers. We thought it was about time we showed potential quitters who they’ll be calling when they pick up the phone.

That's why we created our series of Quit Coach Tip videos, now live on YouTube. These brief, friendly clips showcase our talented coaches sharing their favorite tips, offering advice including how to pick the best quit buddy, how to have a smoke-free morning, and how to overcome stress. Now posted are Quit Coach Helen's "Quit Coach Tip: Deep Breathing" and Quit Coach Supervisor Ryan's "Quit Coach Tip: Find the Right Quit Buddy."
