Yuki Yang, Vice President of Client Services

Ms. Yang joined Alere Wellbeing in December, 2004 after 10 years of technology‐based account management, operations and management experience. As the VP of Client Services, she and her team are responsible for the growth, retention and satisfaction of AWI’s employer and health plan clients. She combines technical knowledge with an ability to quickly assess needs and situations and find solutions, plus a leadership style that motivates staff and optimizes performance. Ms. Yang has a range of experience working with employer, health plan and government accounts. Prior to joining AWI, she held various roles including managing an account executive team responsible for the successful execution of Fortune 100 client implementations, directing a call center and logistic team, and overseeing marketing initiatives. She received her bachelor’s degree cum laude in psychology from Washington State University.
 
Ms. Yang, Alere Wellbeing's expert in premium differentials and incentive design, has been helping clients and brokers with worksite incentives since 2006 and has trained 100% of her commercial Client Services team in best practices.
