Sandi Kaplan, MS, RD, Associate Director, Clinical Development & Support
Sandi is from South Africa as well as Australia. Sandi is a Registered Dietitian with an extensive background in education. She holds a graduate degree in education from Sydney, Australia and a Master’s Degree in nutritional science from Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA.
Sandi worked in outpatient hospital settings focusing on management of weight, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. She also worked in private practice for ten years with a focus on eating disorders.
Sandi has extensive experience with teaching and educational program development, both at an undergraduate and graduate level and has instructed nutrition and psychology students at Bastyr University. Sandi is an accomplished speaker and has presented on a wide variety of topics for professional and community organizations. She is also a talented writer and has produced articles and newsletters for a range of publications.
Sandi enjoys spending time with her husband and kids – dance parties in the kitchen are a favorite family activity!
