Meet Emily, a Client Services Manager at Alere Wellbeing. In her role, Emily serves as the primary advocate and support person for our State government clients. She coordinates all aspects of their contracts, including implementing service enhancements, coordinating services for priority populations, monitoring budgets against increasing call volumes, and brainstorming ways to streamline processes. Emily enjoys this role because it gives her the ability to work both with clients outside the company, as well as internally with nearly every department at Alere Wellbeing. Before joining Alere Wellbeing, Emily worked on an access to care project with the New York City Office of Health Care Access and Improvement. She has also worked with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the New York City Office of School Health to improve asthma care coordination in New York City public schools. Emily holds a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
